These terms apply to work carried out by Vertex Roofing Group, 5 Emmott Court, Colne, Lancashire.

Quotes

Quotes are given after an inspection. If hidden issues are found once work begins, such as rotten timbers, we will explain them and the quote may be revised before we continue.

Payments

Payments are made in four stages: 25% to book, 25% when materials and scaffolding are in place, 25% at the halfway point and 25% on completion.

Guarantees

Full roof replacements carry a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee. Flat roofs carry a 25-year manufacturer product guarantee. Repairs and emergency work are not covered by these guarantees.

Insurance

We hold £5 million public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance.
